Cooking

So, recently myself and my girlfriend decided to cook more often (specially because my diet regime wasn't so "healthy" per se), so we went ahead and bought Jamie Oliver's book "Cooking in 15 Minutes" which I must say.. is great!

A lot of quick and easy recipes, with enough information for a starter like me. We still need to buy a tone of household appliances but we'll make it up as we go along. Maybe a Bimby?! (I've been looking for an excuse for it to be honest).
One of the issues right now is finding all the ingredients in Luanda, so I'm asking my father who's currently for a week in Cape Town to bring me some goodies (Sesame seeds, Sesame Oil, Teriyaki Sauce and Harissa).

Anxious to share some of the results with you guys as soon as can.

Here's some of the stuff featured in the book:

First post

Usually this is the part were you explain the purpose of your blog, theme and what's your general direction with it. To be honest I'm only starting this so I can keep sort of a track record of my personal life. I love economics, international politics, hip-hop, house music, jazz, making beats, designing flyers, photography, movies, series, animes, formula 1, football... I could go on and on. Essentially that's what I'm going to write about. The daily urban life of a yuppie in the cosmopolitan city of Luanda.
